Today at a press conference in Kolkata SHE & Eminent Event jointly announced the Making of LOOK BOOK- Models & more .This book is in a format of directory having the details of models , makeup artists & designers with contact information and social media information. Present at the conference was Shagufta Hanaphie Founder Director , SHE ; Sahil Khan ,Director Eminent Event, Ayusmmati Maiti , Co-director Eminent Event & Model & winner of Tilottama 2008 Chirasree Singha Roy.
A compiled Directory in the form of Model Database featuring Top 51 models of the nation and other professionals. This initiative is jointly presented by SHE (Shagufta Hanaphie Events) & Eminent Event.
"The Directory was planned so correct information about fashion models and related jobs can be available and clients such as casting Directors, Companies ,Retailers , Film Directors, Agencies etc can directly assign any Model of their Choice without any hassle and giving an extra pay to coordinators. " said Shagufta Hanaphie Founder Director SHE . Our initiative to bring such a platform is not only for models but also give similar platforms to fashion photographers, makeup artists & stylists also . Not only this we plan to give Models of our new generation Networking opportunities through Media coverage, interactive grooming sessions both online offline, various Workshops & photo-shoot " said Sahil Khan , Director Eminent Event.
The Grand Launch of the Model Directory- LOOKBOOK - Models & more is scheduled in mid-April the Cruise followed by a grand fashion show.
In most of the events or pageants all models are not given a chance to walk the ramp or to get the exposure. But this platform is the first of its kind in India where All models will walk the ramp in designer outfits .Competition are good in a healthy manner .We appreciate each and every participants effort to win but this contest is about 51 Winners at a time .The best will be selected and featured in this book .
